Foundation Course

This course is accredited and approved by the Kinesiology Association.
This course is suitable for:
Complete beginners to natural health who may wish to go on to train as professional Kinesiologists.
Complete beginners to natural health who want tools and techniques to help themselves or their friends and family.
Practitioners of other modalities who feel they would like additional skills to complement their existing modality.
Practitioners who have studied Kinesiology and want to refresh or update their knowledge.
This course enables students to decide whether kinesiology is suitable for them as a vocation, in which case, successful completion of this course will enable the student to enrol in the Diploma course, which is usually run over 24 days, usually over the course of 12 months.

1) Early bird: £1295: payable in full by 1st July 2024

Access to online support training material including videos of Foundation level techniques, covering over 40 muscle tests

Student membership of the Kinesiology Association
Certification following completion of all course work and assessments
Discounted Kinesiology sessions with Jeni for the duration of the training course (depending on availability)
Water and light refreshments throughout the training (students should bring their own lunch or there are cafes and shops nearby)

Your Tutor
Jeni Howland is an experienced Kinesiologist who started her foundation training in 2014 and qualified as a practitioner in 2015, going on to qualify as a Diplomate in 2016 and a tutor in 2023. She has a busy Practice in Cheltenham and Ledbury. Jeni is also a Somatic Yoga Teacher and Master level Reiki Practitioner.
