An opportunity to explore yourself through Gentle Somatic Yoga practice and Mindful Movement whilst being nestled in the beautiful Herefordshire woodland countryside.
Yoga and meditation sessions will be held in a comfortable marquee, or perhaps outdoors if weather permits.
The Yoga and movement classes will include Gentle Somatic Yoga which is a mindful restorative movement practice which will help you to ease tension in the body whilst building your awareness around efficient and beneficial movement patterns. You will also have the opportunity to partake in Flowing Hatha Yoga, which will embrace an energising yoga flow practice combined with gentle restorative practice. You’ll leave feeling lighter, happier and more connected to yourself. Relax, revive, refresh and breathe deep!

Taking place in a magical woodland in Herefordshire, this glamping retreat space is fully equipped with plenty of undercover areas, kitchens and bathrooms, hot tub and pizza over and space to relax, rest and explore. There are ample areas for finding peace and quiet and areas to convene comfortably in groups. And if you’re interested in staying for a whole extended weekend then there are also luxury yurts tepees for your sleeping pleasure.

About Jeni
Jeni Howland is an Holistic Health Coach, Systematic Kinesiologist, Somatic Movement Therapist and a Yoga Instructor, providing classes, private tuition and treatments in Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.
Jeni has been practising yoga for over 20 years. She has studied and practised many branches including Hatha, Ashtanga, Tantra, Iyengar and Kundalini. She has had the privilege of gathering knowledge and guidance from yoga teachers in India, Thailand, the UK and Australia. She has completed numerous Yoga Teacher Training courses including Hatha, Tantra, Somatic Movement Therapy, Gentle Somatic Yoga, Meditation, Rocket Yoga, Mindfulness and Yoga for Children. Always updating her training and adapting her teaching, Jeni is an evergreen learner and teacher.
With a breadth of knowledge including qualifications as a dance teacher, fitness instructor, children’s yoga teacher, gymnastics coach, Reiki Master and Natural Health Practitioner, Jeni guides Yoga classes with keen attention to physical alignment, somatic awareness and holistic wellbeing.
Jeni's Somatic Movement classes and private sessions teach mindfulness in motion in order to transform painful muscular tension.
